In a world where there is so much, we believe that true originality is impossible to come by. Creating something new is to merge pre existing ideas and concepts. As a creative I have found I put immense pressure on myself to innovate and this can draw away from the fun and freedom of creative expression. The idea of legal battles against major corporations is daunting  for artists and we’d like to protest our right for creative freedom. That’s why RienOG doesn’t aim to reinvent the wheel, just simply put our own spin on it. We strive to play around with the idea of originality, not to fear it. In the world we live in today, the only thing that can be truly original is ourselves and our own individual culture and experiences. Therefore, the truest form of originality is expressing ones self.
